SPECIAL GUESTS TO LAUNCH THAMES HOSPICE HOME | Local charity, Thames Hospice, will be celebrating the re-opening of its homestore at 12pm on Friday 24th July.

Special guests, comedian and star of The Goodies TV series, Tim Brooke-Taylor, and The Mayor of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Councillor Eileen Quick, will be unveiling a new contemporary look and name – Thames Hospice Home.

Positioned just off the Dedworth Road in Windsor and featuring quality second-hand furniture and household items, Thames Hospice Home will also offer a wider choice of stock across all departments. Customers will be able to join in the celebrations with refreshments and nibbles, and take advantage of a special open day 10% discount and extended closing time of 6pm.

The newly refurbished store also features The Home Studio, where a specialist team revamps items to customers’ specifications or to sell across the charity’s 14 stores.

Julie Rowley, Retail Director at Thames Hospice, said: “We are very excited that the refurbishment is nearly complete and look forward to showcasing its new look and all our amazing stock.  With special guests and celebrations on the day, we hope that lots of local supporters will be able to join us for the grand event.”

We desperately need furniture or household items for the Thames Hospice Home launch. If you can help, call the Bookings Line on 01753 866303. Collection is free.
